The general admission requirements for a Bachelor's program apply to this program:
1 ° a diploma of secondary education;
2 ° a diploma of higher education of the short type with full curriculum;
3 ° a diploma of higher social advancement education, with the exception of the Certificate of Pedagogical Competency, or
4 ° a diploma or certificate, awarded in the context of higher professional education;
5 ° a study certificate that is recognized as equivalent to 1 of the previous diplomas under a legal standard, a European directive or an international agreement.
In addition, KU Leuven may admit persons who have obtained a diploma or certificate in a country outside the European Union that is not recognized as equivalent as stipulated in point 5 °. This is only possible on condition that this document grants access to a bachelor's program in the country where it was awarded, which is comparable to a Flemish bachelor's program and provided that the authenticity of the relevant diplomas or certificates has been passed. Candidate students belonging to this category submit their file to the Admissions Office KU Leuven.
