Industrial design development has strenghtened enigneer possibilites from technical design to commercial launch projects influencing image, design and technical aspects. Specialists and experts lifelong learning is needed to update these technologies with a solid base of knowledge and structure.
The main goal of this course leading to the University Expert Diploma is an specialized techincians training on the foundations, field of use, integration and implementation of industrial design systems from a hollistic view. From the techical design of the product, throughout its commercial launch and to the integrated management of design data required for all the life cycle phases of the product
Final task or project
To prepare specialized techinicians in Industrial Design and Product Development on: foundations, field of use and implementation, and the confluent technical design of the product and its commercial launch.
The methodology of the course is the one of the UNED, based on distance learning, where the didactic material of study, notes, application exercises, didactic videos and computer applications of didactic or training purpose are combined, with the voluntary assistance to punctual technical conferences where you get in direct contact with the teaching team of the course and with specialists from both the university world and the industrial world.
Bachelor´s degree, graduate, diploma, technical engineer or technical architect. The course director may propose additional requirements for entry in some disciplines. Also, exceptionally and after a favorable report from the course director, the Rectorate my exempt from the previous requirement of the degree in the courses leading to the Diploma of University Expert.
Own Title or,
Students who wish to enrol in any Postgraduate Program course without meeting the access requirements may do so although, in the case of a successfully completed the program, they will not be entitled to their Own Title, but to a Certificate of achievement.
